    These compression garments are special designed to compress, so a smaller size will not fit.
    In between two sizes, order one size up.     
     
     Maintaining your Compression garment. 
       We recommend that all our compression wear be hand washed and not tumble dried, using a mild detergent.
      Like any other garment, excessive wash and wear will cause your shirt to "wear out" prematurely.
      After you are certain about your size we suggest you have at least 3 shirts in your wardrobe to alternate and prevent "wearing out".
