1. General
1-1 All our shipping and services are subject to the following sales-, delivery-, and payment conditions.
1-2 On all rights, commitments, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements under which these general conditions are apply, explicitly and unconditionally follow and will be judged under Dutch law.

2. Prices
All prices are in euro, inclusive VAT and inclusive postal charges.

3. Postal charges
All the shipments of clothing from slim-shirt.com are inclusive postal charges.
 
4. Payments
4-1 after ordering you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of your order and total costs, including the postal charges.
4-2 Every order will be delivered after we have received the payment. You can pay with:
4-3 direct and online with PayPal / credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard and AMEX) or Directebanking.
4-4 trough bank- and giro money transfer. Payment needs to be completed within 7 weekdays following the order date, we will then ship the order. During these days simply colors will reserve all ordered items for you. In case we do not receive the payment within this period the items will be made available for sale again.
4-5 slim-shirt.com will send a confirmation e-mail when your payment has been received.

5. Shipping
5-1 All items are presented with TNT post within 1 weekday after receiving the payment.
5-2 If for any reason we cannot present your order to TNT post within 5 days we will get in touch with you by e-mail.
5-3 An e-mail will be sent confirming that the order has been shipped.
5-4 In general TNT post delivers 2 to 5 weekdays look at delivery times of your country for the actual delivery time.
5-5 All cloths are deliverable from stock. In case an article is temporarily out of stock you will be notified immediately. If slim-shirt.com cannot deliver the order within 30 days, the client has the right to get its money back without any costs.
5-6 Slim-shirt.com is not responsible for any excess delivery time or loss and damage by TNT post.

6. Exchangeable
6-1 Slim-shirt.com does everything in its power to deliver a perfect product. If despite of that you are not satisfied with your order (or part of it), then you can exchange it free of charge within 14 days after delivery.
6-2 please notify slim-shirt.com by e-mail beforehand.
6-3 After receiving the exchangeable, slim-shirt.com will transfer the amount (excluding the postal charges) on your bank account.
6-4 If the size or color of the item you ordered is not correct, then you can always exchange this. Exchanging is done on shared postal charges.
6-5 Items are not exchanged when:

   •   supplied clothing is worn
   •   supplied clothing are washed
   •   supplied clothing don’t have the original label
   •   You don’t have the original invoice

6-6 In case the customer has (partially) received a wrong order, then slim-shirt.com will make sure that the proper items will be send.

7. Liablility
7-1 All products in the collection of slim-shirt.com are subject to tight quality requirements. Slim-shirt.com cannot be held liable for any damage, physically as well as material and immaterial, as a consequence of wrong performance or use of the products sold by slim-shirt.com.
7-2 The content of this website has been carefully composed. Slim-shirt.com cannot exclude that certain information is not correct or incomplete. Slim-shirt.com is not liable for any consequences as a result of incorrect or incomplete information on their website.
7-3 Slim-shirt.com is not responsible for any typ- or print errors trough which unintentional price differences are communicated. In case the later does occur the price will be corrected as soon as possible by simply colors.
7-4 Slim-shirt.com cannot be held accountable for any difference in color as a result of monitor quality.
7-5 The position and size of the actual print on the piece of clothing can differ slightly as compared to the display on the website. Slim-shirt.com cannot be held responsible this.

8. Force Majeure
Keeping in account further rights coming forth, slim-shirt.com has in case of force majeure the right to, in choice of their own, exercise a delay, according the agreement. In this case it is not possible to judge lawfully the result of this action as well as to not claim any financial compensation from slim-shirt.com. Unless in given circumstances the issues are unreasonable and unacceptable.

9. Privacy
All personal information given to us will only be used by slim-shirt.com and will never be made available to third parties. Unless required for payment purposes and delivery requirements to complete the order process.
